    Hi!
I agree with you that it is tough to lose weight after 40. I have always been on the leaner side, but since some time that my Yoga sessions slackened, I began observing the ‘tummy’ that hadn’t been there earlier! . So, I have begun going for brisk walks after dinner. I also try and fit in my yoga sessions in the morning. It helps that I am a health freak and tend to eat only healthy food, going in for junk food only once in a while. Let’s hope all the hard work that we are putting in helps us stay healthy, trim and fit! 🙂

Thank you for your feedback, Shilpa. I sit at a desk too much! And though I do get out for a walk with my dogs daily and get to the gym at least 4x a week, my downfall *is* food (white food like pasta, bread, potatoes, and sometimes I go for straight sugar: candy!). If only I could become a health freak too…
